Instructor Code of Conduct | • To become a registered instructor, you must agree to the following terms. |
This Instructor Code of Conduct (“Code”) sets forth the expectations and responsibilities of all instructors registered on our platform (“Service”). By completing the instructor registration process, you agree to comply with the following terms. Violation of any of these terms may result in penalties, including but not limited to suspension, termination of your instructor status, or forfeiture of lesson fees. 1. Accuracy of Registration Information Instructors must provide complete and accurate information at the time of registration. Submitting false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disqualification or removal from the platform. 2. Responsibility to Monitor Assigned Classes Instructors are responsible for regularly checking their assigned class schedules. Missing a class due to failure to confirm or monitor your schedule will not be accepted as a valid excuse. 3. Attendance and Notice of Absence Instructors must not be absent from scheduled classes without prior notice. In the event of an emergency or unavoidable situation, the instructor must inform the administrator in advance to arrange alternatives. Unnotified absences may lead to disciplinary action. 4. Punctuality and Time Commitment Instructors must begin and end each class according to the scheduled times. Consistent tardiness or early termination of classes is considered a breach of duty. 5. Professional Conduct Toward Students Instructors must maintain a professional, respectful, and friendly demeanor at all times. Any verbal, non-verbal, or behavioral expressions that may cause discomfort or offense to students are strictly prohibited. 6. Reporting Inappropriate Student Behavior If an instructor experiences inappropriate, offensive, or sexually harassing behavior from a student, they must report the incident to the administrator immediately. |
